STOP THE MASS DEPORTATION AGENDA
It's time for the Immigrant Trust Act.
Did you know that the data collected by schools, hospitals, and libraries could be used by President Trump to enact his "Mass Deportation" agenda? What if we told you, it's already being used by ICE and CBP?
Far too many New Jerseyans live in fear that a visit to the emergency room, a routine interaction with law enforcement, or even a school drop-off will result in deportation for themselves or a loved one. This fear isn't unfounded.
Current privacy protections aren't sufficient, leaving the door open for State-funded services, including schools, shelters, health clinics, and local law enforcement to fuel President Trump's detention and deportation machine.
We need a New Jersey for all of us. And we need to act NOW.
Help pass the Immigrant Trust Act.

PASS THE IMMIGRANT TRUST ACT
The Immigrant Trust Act (S3672/A4987) would allow New Jerseyans to seek public services, stand up for their rights, and participate fully in their communities without fear of deportation.
It shields unnecessary information from ICE and CBP so we can keep New Jersey the place we call home.
New Jersey already has taken first steps toward offering protections through the Immigrant Trust Directive which limits collaboration between local and State law enforcement and ICE. But these protections aren't permanent. S3672/A4987 ensures that sensitive information is not shared or collected at places like:
Inauguration Day is just around the corner and immigrants are once again under attack. Will you stand up for immigrant rights?
